The property is a good size and not too big so you are able to enjoy the amenities without waiting for them to free up. Noise is not an issue because the buildings are made well. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and correct the first time. The unit square foot is excellent for the price.

Calypso represents a great value among many complexes in Irvine. The building's modern design, and first class amenities have impressed our guests every time. We have enjoyed this quiet community and the staff is very friendly. We have no plans to leave anytime soon.

It's a pretty decent luxury level apartment and loft community with a contemporary flair.

We love it. We moved from a house in Sacramento and needed an apartment close to work in Irvine. This place does NOT feel like an apartment.!!!! We entertain all of the time and there is always plenty of space and no noise. Another perk is the friendly staff and maintenance team!!! In addition, there is a gym located on the facility which makes it much easier to go to the gym after work. We couldn't be happier, Calypso is perfect!!!
